The hotel is located in a beautiful residential area, close to the city center with easy access to transportation. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Hotel was situated an easy walk to turkenschanzpark. One of the dining options, Fischer Brau was 15 mins walk away. Room met my needs and had a mini bar and a fridge...
There was nothing I didn't like.

At Hotel Park Villa you can feel at home as if you were in your own home. As one is not located directly in the city centre, the surroundings are quiet and the own garden invites to have breakfast outside. Beautiful!

Breakfast here is huge and enjoyable! The terrace gives a nice touch 🌤️. Great spot to set off and discover around. It's around 16 miles away from the airport.

Beautiful Art Nouveau room with a view of the greenery. Quiet location and proximity to public transport ideal for city holidays. Free parking in front of the hotel. Enjoying the rich breakfast in the dreamy garden was perfect! Totally nice staff.

This place is located in a very old but affluent area, just down from a park, amidst the manicured park in the posh Cottage District. The beautiful surroundings create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and parking, and there is a bar and restaurant on-site. The breakfast buffet in the charming garden was a delightful way to start the day.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

(1) small room (2) unfair manager: we shortened our stay but the manager refused to diminish the bill for the last night... since the hotel was half empty, they did not have to turn down other guests

The hotel is located in a quiet, residential area with easy access to transportation. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, making it convenient to reach the city center in about 20 minutes. The hotel is in a stately mansion and has a beautiful garden, which adds to its charm. The staff is fantastic and provides excellent service.
